Hi loves! How are you? We are great! Had so many questions about our stays from you guys, haha! So sweet. It is true that we never stay too long at the same place (even though we loooove all the places we choose), we never travel for longer than two months in a row, and we think it’s such a shame to spend two weeks or so at the same place. We love to discover the resort and the area around and after a few days it feels too much like home we guess. Where we stayed twice this time, was Villa and Casa Sintra. Both villas are brand new (they opened last year!), they feel so clean and untouched. You see that they are very well taken care of. Villa Sintra is a 1-badroom villa, and we stayed there in the beginning of your trip. It’s a little villa, with a private pool and an amazing kitchen an living space. We had tons of work to do on our computers and we couldn’t think of a better place to work and chill at the same time. At the end of our Bali trip, two of our friends joined us, and we were very excited to show them Villa Sintra, which is a 2-badroom villa, with a bigger kitchen and bigger living area, just perfect for 4 persons.

The villas are located in a pretty busy area of Legian, with a lot of restaurants and bars (loved it!!) and very close to the beach ❤ It was just a 5 min walk, through little shops and cafes. Even though it is located in the heart of Legian, the villa’s itself are very quiet and peaceful. It is called ‘a peaceful oasis nestled amidst lush tropical gardens in the heart of the bustling Double Six precinct on the border of Legian and Seminyak’, a perfect description of this little paradise. We are huge fans of such hidden pearls where you can spend some time on a busy beach and 5 minutes later, you are totally along in a very beautiful and quiet environment ❤ There is nothing better than relaxing on the sun lounges at your private pool after a busy day of shopping or sightseeing, right? The best thing about Villa and Casa Sintra that the villas are very affordable! The villas are very luxury and offer a haven of serenity and style with thoughtful extras designed to make your Bali getaway an exceptional and unforgettable experience. You can check them out HERE!

How are you? We are doing great, resting from our trip from Gili. Even though it’s so close to Bali, packing, waiting for the boat, sailing, getting a driver and driving back to Seminyak takes really the whole day. We were glad when we arrived and could order some Greek food in our villa, haha! Please don’t judge us.
We wanted to show you some of our Chandra pics. Every time we visit Bali, we need to visit Chandra villa’s too. It’s such a cool place with AMAZING private villas. The villas are stylish designed with great attention to detail ❤ Did you see the palmtree wall in the bedroom, we loved it. This time we were with the four of us and we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It was just perfect. We love to have a huge (half open) living room and kitchen with a dining table. We even had a very cool lounge/tv-room where we watched lots of movies in the night time. Just perfect to spend time with your friends.
And let’s talk about the pool, how amazing is it?! Big enough to really swim with four persons and perfect to cool down after a very sunny day. We brought some of our floaties to be able to do nothing, all day long. And our favorite part, the bathtub ❤ The staff prepared a flower bath for us and that was just incredible. So romantic and so beautiful, a perfect afternoon if you ask us. We really like the outdoor shower and bathtub, it creates such a tropical ambiance. After a bath, we had the best massage, with the four of us at the same time. The staff came with four massage-beds and we had our one hour of Balinese massage in our garden, watching the stars.. I guess we will never forget that night, so magical.
Every morning we were super excited for the breakfast. When the chef came in, with a basket full of fresh ingredients to prepare our breakfast. One day we tried the dragon bowl, and it was soooo yummy and very photogenic. That are the kind of breakfasts we really appreciate. Makes you want to move in right away.
Chandra Villa’s is an ideal romantic hide-away and also perfect for small families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious getaway. You can check them out HERE!

Hi loves, how are you doing today? We are a little behind with our blogs, due to internet connection on Gili Island.. Was not the best idea to spend more than a week over there, since it was not even really possible to upload instagram stories, haha!

A lot of you were asking about our stay in Ubud. We visit Ubud every time we are in Bali. It’s such a peaceful place ❤ Waking up with an amazing view of the green jungle, a yoga class and a cup of Balinese tea. Can it get any better?
This time we were staying at Bisma Eight, a very unique boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud. It’s just a few minutes away from all the shops and restaurant and still, very close to nature. The hotel itself was amazing. Tropical-modern, that’s the perfect description of this little paradise. We were staying in the forest suite, with panoramas of the verdant jungles of Ubud ❤ Waking up with such views is a dream come true for us. We were very glad that we booked 3 nights (it was not enough of course, but at least we had plenty time to enjoy Bisma Eight to the fullest.
We started our first morning with a complementary yoga class on the rooftop of Bisma Eight. We try to do as much yoga and pilates as possible, however, we are still really at beginner level and the instructor was very nice and kept that in mind with her exercises. We wished that every hotel was so cool to provide such service. After yoga is breakfast time and there is nothing better than breakfast at The Copper. It’s a la carte (which we love) and all the dishes where very creative, so hard to make a choice. Fortunately we were with 4 persons so we could order almost everything from the menu during our stay. Our absolute favorite were the waffles, so definitely don’t miss on them when you’re having a brekkie at Bisma Eight.
Our second favorite thing at Bisma Eight – right after the waffles – was the pool with the magical view over the Ubud jungle. During the heat of the dat, nothing is more liberating, and refreshing, than a dip in this amazing pool. And we have that thing with infinity pools.. At the end of the day there is happy hour and the cocktails are super yummy, so that’s how we spend all our evenings, haha!
You can check Bisma Eight HERE! If you’re looking for a luxury and a quitte amazing stay in Ubud. Have a lovely day! ❤
