Hey hey! Good morning from Nice ❤ How are you doing? We are great, very very busy with 1 million things at the same time, but still having fun. You guys are always asking us about Bali, which is pretty funny, since we have there only a few times. And every time we visit, we make sure to spend a few nights at the Kunja in Seminyak. We must have read different blogposts about it on our old blog, but here we go again. The Kunja is a boutique villa park, in the heart of Seminyak (pretty busy but very trendy part of Bali). There are just 18 villa’s and we love how small the resort is. It makes you fee very special. The villas itself are incredible, very spacious and well occupied. A great pool, very comfy lounge area, a kitchen and a private bathroom with every bedroom ❤ We had a 3 bedroom villa and had 3 bath tubes, that’s goals, right? Mostly we travel with the three of us (we bring out photographer everywhere), and now it was fun to be with a bigger group, especially when you have a lounge area where you all can have breakfast together and watch Netflix when you don’t feel like going out. It was just perfect to spend time with our friends, and also knowing that you have some privacy, having a huge bedroom for yourself. It was just super relaxing.

Breakfast is always our fave moment of the day when we are at The Kunja. As you might have seen on our stories, we had a private butler during our stay, who came in every morning and prepared the breakfast for everyone, and ours was the kindest man on the island ❤ So we were happy to see him every morning again.

We always have a great time at the Kunja and every time we check out we think, this was way too short, next time we need at least one extra night.

When you guys are heading to Bali soon, you should definitely check out The Kunja Villa’s HERE! Have a lovely day and talk soon ❤

Hi loves! How are you? We are great! Had so many questions about our stays from you guys, haha! So sweet. It is true that we never stay too long at the same place (even though we loooove all the places we choose), we never travel for longer than two months in a row, and we think it’s such a shame to spend two weeks or so at the same place. We love to discover the resort and the area around and after a few days it feels too much like home we guess. Where we stayed twice this time, was Villa and Casa Sintra. Both villas are brand new (they opened last year!), they feel so clean and untouched. You see that they are very well taken care of. Villa Sintra is a 1-badroom villa, and we stayed there in the beginning of your trip. It’s a little villa, with a private pool and an amazing kitchen an living space. We had tons of work to do on our computers and we couldn’t think of a better place to work and chill at the same time. At the end of our Bali trip, two of our friends joined us, and we were very excited to show them Villa Sintra, which is a 2-badroom villa, with a bigger kitchen and bigger living area, just perfect for 4 persons.

The villas are located in a pretty busy area of Legian, with a lot of restaurants and bars (loved it!!) and very close to the beach ❤ It was just a 5 min walk, through little shops and cafes. Even though it is located in the heart of Legian, the villa’s itself are very quiet and peaceful. It is called ‘a peaceful oasis nestled amidst lush tropical gardens in the heart of the bustling Double Six precinct on the border of Legian and Seminyak’, a perfect description of this little paradise. We are huge fans of such hidden pearls where you can spend some time on a busy beach and 5 minutes later, you are totally along in a very beautiful and quiet environment ❤ There is nothing better than relaxing on the sun lounges at your private pool after a busy day of shopping or sightseeing, right? The best thing about Villa and Casa Sintra that the villas are very affordable! The villas are very luxury and offer a haven of serenity and style with thoughtful extras designed to make your Bali getaway an exceptional and unforgettable experience. You can check them out HERE!

How are you? We are doing great, resting from our trip from Gili. Even though it’s so close to Bali, packing, waiting for the boat, sailing, getting a driver and driving back to Seminyak takes really the whole day. We were glad when we arrived and could order some Greek food in our villa, haha! Please don’t judge us.
We wanted to show you some of our Chandra pics. Every time we visit Bali, we need to visit Chandra villa’s too. It’s such a cool place with AMAZING private villas. The villas are stylish designed with great attention to detail ❤ Did you see the palmtree wall in the bedroom, we loved it. This time we were with the four of us and we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It was just perfect. We love to have a huge (half open) living room and kitchen with a dining table. We even had a very cool lounge/tv-room where we watched lots of movies in the night time. Just perfect to spend time with your friends.
And let’s talk about the pool, how amazing is it?! Big enough to really swim with four persons and perfect to cool down after a very sunny day. We brought some of our floaties to be able to do nothing, all day long. And our favorite part, the bathtub ❤ The staff prepared a flower bath for us and that was just incredible. So romantic and so beautiful, a perfect afternoon if you ask us. We really like the outdoor shower and bathtub, it creates such a tropical ambiance. After a bath, we had the best massage, with the four of us at the same time. The staff came with four massage-beds and we had our one hour of Balinese massage in our garden, watching the stars.. I guess we will never forget that night, so magical.
Every morning we were super excited for the breakfast. When the chef came in, with a basket full of fresh ingredients to prepare our breakfast. One day we tried the dragon bowl, and it was soooo yummy and very photogenic. That are the kind of breakfasts we really appreciate. Makes you want to move in right away.
Chandra Villa’s is an ideal romantic hide-away and also perfect for small families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious getaway. You can check them out HERE!

Hi loves, how are you doing today? We are a little behind with our blogs, due to internet connection on Gili Island.. Was not the best idea to spend more than a week over there, since it was not even really possible to upload instagram stories, haha!

A lot of you were asking about our stay in Ubud. We visit Ubud every time we are in Bali. It’s such a peaceful place ❤ Waking up with an amazing view of the green jungle, a yoga class and a cup of Balinese tea. Can it get any better?
This time we were staying at Bisma Eight, a very unique boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud. It’s just a few minutes away from all the shops and restaurant and still, very close to nature. The hotel itself was amazing. Tropical-modern, that’s the perfect description of this little paradise. We were staying in the forest suite, with panoramas of the verdant jungles of Ubud ❤ Waking up with such views is a dream come true for us. We were very glad that we booked 3 nights (it was not enough of course, but at least we had plenty time to enjoy Bisma Eight to the fullest.
We started our first morning with a complementary yoga class on the rooftop of Bisma Eight. We try to do as much yoga and pilates as possible, however, we are still really at beginner level and the instructor was very nice and kept that in mind with her exercises. We wished that every hotel was so cool to provide such service. After yoga is breakfast time and there is nothing better than breakfast at The Copper. It’s a la carte (which we love) and all the dishes where very creative, so hard to make a choice. Fortunately we were with 4 persons so we could order almost everything from the menu during our stay. Our absolute favorite were the waffles, so definitely don’t miss on them when you’re having a brekkie at Bisma Eight.
Our second favorite thing at Bisma Eight – right after the waffles – was the pool with the magical view over the Ubud jungle. During the heat of the dat, nothing is more liberating, and refreshing, than a dip in this amazing pool. And we have that thing with infinity pools.. At the end of the day there is happy hour and the cocktails are super yummy, so that’s how we spend all our evenings, haha!
You can check Bisma Eight HERE! If you’re looking for a luxury and a quitte amazing stay in Ubud. Have a lovely day! ❤

Hi loves! How are you? We are great, enjoying Bali to the fullest. As you know, we started our trip in Nusa Dua, which was an amazing start of our island life. Our second destination was Sanur. It was not the first time here, we visited Sanur two times before, and we really like it. It’s amazing for sunrise and we remember joining a sunrise-yoga class on the beach so we really wanted to do that again.

This time we stayed at The Pavilions, a little villa resort in the centre of Sanur. The villas are designed to confer the utmost comfort, with a variety of lounging options indoors and out. Our favorite spot was at the main pool. Even tough we had our private pool, it was low season and it seemed that everyone preferred to do tours our stay in their own villa, since the main pool was our own. Loved it. There was butler service and the staff was very kind. Nothing we asked for was too crazy and they were very helpful. One day we had our breakfast at the pool, and that was the best day.
When you check in at The Pavilions, you will be welcomed with not only with a drink, also with a 15 minutes foot massage. We really loved it! Such a good idea and helps you feel relaxed from the very beginning. Every hotel should do that.
The resort is not on the beach-side, however, they offer a complementary shuttle service to the beach, where there are sunbeds from the resorts, worked perfect for us.
As we told you before, we are not huge fans of having dinner in the hotel that we are staying in. Dinner is a perfect chance to get some local food at a local restaurant, however, after reading lots of amazing reviews about the food at The Pavilions, we decided to try it one night. We had the most amazing Balinese dinner with the best dessert ever. That was the night that we had Dadar Gulung for the first time, and that was so yummy! It’s a traditional pandan pancake filled with coconut magic.. It’s a crime if you don’t try it! We have tried that dessert 6 times already somewhere else, and we never get such a good taste again.. would defiantly go back for that dish!
If you planning to visit Bali, you should for sure put Sanur on your list. And The Pavilions is for sure the place to be, HERE!

Banyan Tree KL

Hi babes! How are you? Hope everything’s great!

We have been flying again. This time a short flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. A few years ago, we did the same trip and we did it by bus, since it’s only 5 hours and it seemed like less time waste than flying (with traveling to the airport, being there 2 hours before, arriving in KL Airport which is far from the city), however this time, the busses were leaving at 8:00 am or later, and it seemed like a waste of our morning and since we were staying at Banyan Tree, we wanted to arrive as early as possible. Super early flight it was!

We have been to KL many times and we are not sure what it is with this city but we LOVE it! The atmosphere is so chill and the people are kind, the prices are low and it feels like a very big and modern place, so we love everything about it. Never skip it, cause KL is amazing, but oh gush, it’s so HOT here! ☀

Luckily we are able to enjoy KL a lot from the cool swimming pool we have in our hotel. We. Love. This. Hotel. ♥️ We are staying at the Banyan Tree in the central Bukit area. It’s like a fairytale! Everything is so chic and well organised. Our room has a view on the KL Tower. This high tower shows off an awesome light show when it’s dark, so it seems like a little disco party in our room every night (we love it!). The view is just AMAZING. And we love how they have put our bathtub in front of it! That’s really our style of bathing ✨ We stayed for just three days and we have both been in bath 4 times already. Can’t help it.We loved the restaurant here, called Horizon Grill. This actually is the highest restaurant in KL, how cool! 😱 It is located at 57th floor and besides the view on the Patronas twin towers, the food was so good. The chef prepared all kinds of amazing dishes for us, and we were very surprised by every single one of those. We started our meal with oysters, fresh tuna and a salat. The codfish is one of the dishes you need to try and the ribeye steak is to die for. We are not huge fans of staying in for dinner (since we love to discover everything about the cities we travel to), but here, you need to have your dinner at least once ❤

The spa treatment was one of our absolute highlights here. Nothing better than a 90 minutes full body massage, right? It was the best massage we ever had 🙌🏼 And after our treatment, we had some snacks and a very yummy tea with an amazing view on the 53rd floor. Just perfect!

We were so sad we had to leave this place, because it was one of those luxury hotels you don’t ever want to leave. We will now continue our Asia trip to Indonesia, where lots of other great hotels are waiting for us.

If you are planning a trip to KL, you NEED to check out Banyan Tree HERE! Talk to you in Bali, loves!

The Quincy Singapore

Hi babes! How are you? Everything’s just fine here. Work, work and more work. As we told you before, this vacay is unfortunately 100% a vacay.. We have so much work to get done, while traveling, so we actually have very long days, starting at 6:00 am every morning. Thee, yoga, little breakfast, work, work, work, a little swim in the sun, lunch and work until dinner. This is how our days look like for the upcoming weeks. However, we try to enjoy as much as possible and it feels so good to just get things done. Gives us a lot of energy.

Some of you asked about our 3-day Singapore trip and some tips, so here it is. Since we have been to Singapore so many times, we could skip the very touristic activities. We always like to go back to cities we love, and just discover more and more.

We slept at The Quincy Hotel, a modern business boutique hotel. It has even won the Singapore’s Tourism Awards, and we totally get why. The staff is so helpful and friendly! They really made our stay so great. Another great thing about this exclusive hotel is the amazing pool where you can cool off in the water but still swim in the sun at the same time. We had the Quincy’s Qool Weekend package during our stay, and it included breakfast, all day refreshments, cocktails and movie night at the pool. We really love when hotels organize such cool packages, it makes your stay so special.

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall Far East Plaza, so it’s an amazing location if you like a little shopping (as we do ‍). It’s less than a 5 minute walk away, so that’s just in time before you really start to melt in the street. Also, it’s really close to the airport so that’s a big plus as well!

In short: we really loved this place and especially all the sweet people working there. If you would like to check it out, click HERE! Have a great day ahead lovelies!

Hi loves! How are you doing? We are great! We just checked out at the loveliest place, and are about to leave Nusa Dua. Feeling a little sad, since we had such a wonderful stay. On the other side, we have tons of new adventures coming up the next weeks, so we are still very excited. As you must have seen on Instagram, we were staying at Awarta Resort. You had so many questions, so we will try to answer them all in this blog 🙂

Straight from the airport (picked up by the kindest driver), we arrived at Awarta Resort. We were very stressed after a long flight and very little sleep the day before, but the second you walk in, you forget everything. It is so peaceful and just beautiful. We were welcomed by the staff with a very nice drink and two lovely little ladies (which were veeeery cute). They started their Balinese dance, and it was AMAZING! Three minutes of total peace in your mind. It was wonderful how such a little girls are able to perform such a complicated dance. Wauw Awarta! After that we went to our villa, which felt like home right away. We were stying at one of the One Bedroom Private Pool Villa’s. It offers absolute privacy and an amazing garden with our very own private pool and a faux waterfall (which makes you feel zen 24/7). We felt like we were the only once in the world and we really love that feeling.

We are visiting Bali with some friends, and on our second day, it was the birthday of Maartje. We asked if the staff would be so kind to place a little candle in her breakfast, but she prepared a little birthday cake instead, that was sooo kind! Private pool, an amazing villa and a birthday cake, could you think of a better start of your birthday?! At the same day, we visited the spa and it is absolutely a must when you stay at Awarta! We had a 2,5 hour treatment, with a scrub, a massage and a jacuzzi. It was great to do with friends, however, it would also be a great romantic night with your partner ❤

During the 7th of March, which is a holiday in Bali (the silent day), we were not allowed to leave the resort, and still we had the best day! We slept in, had a late breakfast and just enjoyed the silence and our villa. We had dinner at Ru Yi, which is a Chinese fine dining restaurant and it was all so delicious. We tried some topical Chinese dishes (like corn soup and short ribs), and enjoyed the view of the main pool. Best night if you ask us!

At Awarta you feel that the staff is doing everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as being home, but in a luxury space and bespoke services extended to any of your personal need. We saw that Awarta has an very unique award, namely World’s Best Boutique Hotel 2018! If you think of the fact that 300 other boutique hotels around the world were nominated, it’s truly performance! Well done! It’s totally deserved ❤

If you feel like a little luxury, you NEED to put Awarta Nusa Dua on your list for you next Bali trip. You can check them out HERE!

Hi babes! How are you? After many euro trips it is finally time to travel a little further again, yay! Due to so many things going on back home (we stared a new company!), we had no time to be away for more than 4 days.. We arranged everything in a way, that we can keep working fulltime but still travel for 6 week. We will see how it will work out ❤

Our first stop of 3 days was Dubai. We absolutely love this classy city with its gorgeous buildings like the Burj Khalifa and the Burj al Arab. So many things to see and you never get enough of it. A classy city like Dubai goes with a classy hotel, right? We got to stay at Aloft in the city centre. And it was amazing.

Our room was at the top floor. The view was SO BEAUTIFUL! We don’t think you could have a better view all over Dubai than this. Especially at night, when all building lights began to shine. So pretty! We actually slept with the curtains open so we would wake up with our eyes directly looking at this perfect view.

You could also enjoy this view on Dubai from the pool area. And oh we did love this pool. May we swim and relax here every day please? 💁🏼‍♀

Last but not least: the COCKTAILS! 🍸 Our favorite drink when on vacation (and when not on vacation). The cocktails are made by a professional cocktail shaker and they are absolutely amazing. We actually love every bartender who is able to shake some gorgeous, photogenic and delicious pink cocktails.

Guess it’s obvious that staying at Aloft really completed our Dubai trip. We loved it. Hope you have an amazing week! We’ll keep you posted on our further travelling.

If you are planning a trip to Dubai soon, you need to check out Aloft City Centre HERE!

How are you doing? Last week we came back from our little trip to London. Don’t know what it is, we have been there 29838237346 times and every single time, we love that city even more. This time we have stayed at this amazing luxury spot located in the center of London: Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Resedences.

The ambiance and the service here is absolutely amazing!! We loved how the staff was so alert and attentive to us. Also, they really blew us away with all the special things they had planned for us. So sweet!

We got to enjoy an amazing blowdry from Dar from celebrity hairdresser Hair by Dar. We could not take our eyes away from the colourful flower wall there. Furthermore, we had an extreme relaxing massage in the spa, which has just been renewed over the last period of time and has nog even officially been opened yet! But we can tell you a little secret: it looks AMAZING! The Jiva spa is brand new and looks gorgeous, with all the marble details and it’s lovely and relaxing smell. You can see it HERE!

One of the best parts of our stay was the possibility to enjoy the most perfect high tea in the whole world, including a pink musically carrousel and more cute sweets you can imagine. May we have this high tea every day please?

Last but not least: we absolutely loooved our two bed- and bathroom appartment! The beds are so soft that we don’t ever want to go home. Hopefully, it won’t take long for us to come back here again!

You can check out Taj 51 HERE!
